Dr. Rebecca Freeman is the Chief Nursing Officer for the Office of the National Coordinator of Health Information Technology at the Department of Health and Human Services in Washington DC. and she will present on the topic of Health Information Technology, an Overview.

Dr. Freeman is a nationally recognized expert in the field of Health Information Technology and is a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Executive Nurse Fellow (2014-2017 Cohort). This is an excellent opportunity for all of you learn more about the role of nursing at the highest levels of our federal government.
