The Opportunity: To this end The Rise to Health Coalition Individual Practitioners Pillar will facilitate IP Peer Affinity Group for clinicians to reflect on their own equity journey, apply content concepts to their work, and build connections with each other as a support mechanism in continuing to advance health equity and racial justice. Each cohort will last 6 months and focus on structural racism, foundations in equity, interpreting data through an equity lens, with opportunities for peer group discussions by race, specialty, and practitioner type. I’ve attached a participant prospectus that goes over benefits, time investment, opportunities for shared learnings, and no-cost antiracism and equity trainings. The first session begins November 29th.
