2021 ALNAHN Merit Scholarship Recipients

Congratulations  Sonia Turner, BSN RN & Karen Nunez BSN, RN  for being the chapter's first recipients of the ALNAHN Annual Merit Scholarships.

Each student was awarded $1000.00 to use towards their graduate nursing degrees. The recipients will be acknowledged at the chapter's upcoming Anniversary celebration. 

• Karen Nunez was a charter member and is currently attending the BSN-DNP program at UAB SON.

• Sonia Turner joined ALNAHN in 2018 taking the reign from the start she coordinated several opportunities for the chapter to carry out community service.
